- The project began with an in-depth consultation with the client to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for their Belgravia townhouse. This included discussions about the desired features, aesthetics, and functionality of the home automation and audio-visual systems. Before any installation, the townhouse was pre-wired to support the extensive network of audio visual and automation systems. This included installing wiring for speakers, CCTV cameras, access control systems, network infrastructure, and lighting control. Pre-wiring ensured a clean and seamless integration of all components.

Sony Televisions and 4K Projector: Mounted in the living room, bedrooms, and home cinema for high-definition visual entertainment.

Ruckus WiFi Access Points: Installed to ensure robust and consistent wireless coverage throughout the townhouse.

Testing

Once all systems were installed, thorough testing and calibration were conducted to ensure everything functioned perfectly. This included audio tuning for optimal sound quality, network testing for speed and reliability, and security system checks for comprehensive coverage.
A detailed handover session was conducted with the client to familiarize them with the new systems. This included training on how to use the Crestron home automation interface, manage the Lutron lighting control, operate the security systems, and enjoy the audio-visual setups.

The project concluded with a final walkthrough to ensure all installations met the client’s expectations. Ongoing support and maintenance services were arranged to address any future needs or issues, ensuring the client continues to enjoy their advanced home automation and audio-visual systems.
Technologies
Anthem’s high-performance AV receivers were installed in the main living areas and the dedicated home cinema. These receivers provide exceptional sound quality and power, ensuring an immersive audio experience whether for movies, music, or television.
To complement the Anthem receivers, Crestron amplifiers were utilized throughout the property. These amplifiers are known for their reliability and high fidelity, powering the Triad and Paradigm speakers installed in various rooms, including the cinema.
