Overview
The project involved the design and installation of comprehensive AV, data, TV, lighting control, and window treatment systems for 55 luxury apartments and communal areas. Communal areas included a 25m pool, gym, private cinema, and concierge services, cinema room, gym, pool, treatment rooms and retail spaces.
Objective
This project focused on installing cutting-edge AV and lighting systems across luxury residential apartments and communal spaces. For larger apartments, Crestron processors were integrated with building management and lighting controls, while all apartments were equipped with high-speed internet and satellite TV systems. Communal areas, including a gym and cinema, featured advanced Crestron-controlled systems with seamless audio-visual and Lutron Quantum to provide a managed and controlled lighting experiences.
